NR+1: Our Brand New Quarterly Magazine

I'm immensely proud to sit here writing this as the Editor-in-Chief of No Ripcord, fifteen years after I launched the website as a spotty seventeen year old with too much time on my hands. It's been a thrill seeing the site develop and a privilege to get to know many of the writers who have contributed over the years.

You'll be pleased to hear (I hope) that No Ripcord is not going anywhere. The website will continue to provide regular reviews and features – indeed our new website is very close to completion. I know we always say that, but I assure you it is true.

But we want to look forward too. I've had many discussions with our senior writers over the years about a magazine edition of No Ripcord and I am delighted to finally announce the release of a new quarterly publication called NR+1.

The first edition features six articles of long-form writing on music and film. Five of these are brand new articles, which are exclusive to the magazine. NR+1 will be the only place to read them and I firmly believe they are well worth a read.
